1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting User Contributions, you grant Hyper App Studios LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Contributions in any media formats and through any media channels.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Hyper App Studios LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Am I Drunk App, even if Hyper App Studios LLC or a Hyper App Studios LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Modifications

Hyper App Studios LLC may revise these terms of service for Am I Drunk App at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law
